If the application is for work that requires any permit or permits from a governmental body, the
Reviewer's approval is automatically and implicitly conditioned on the issuance of the
appropriate permit(s), which must be obtained by the Owner at the Owner's sole cost. The
Reviewer's approval of plans and specifications does not mean that the plans and specifications
comply with any requirements of the governmental body. Alternatively, issuance of a building
permit does not ensure Reviewer approval. In no event shall the Reviewer have an obligation to
apply for or obtain any permit or permits from a governmental body in connection with an
Owner's Improvements. During the Development Period, no Owner (other than Declarant) shall
submit a request with respect to any portion of the Property for rezoning or for an amendment,
variance or modification to any plan or agreement with regard to the Property approved by any
governmental body, without the express written consent of Declarant.
