About This Scorecard
On Budget Score — Measures how efficiently the association is managing its operating budget month-to-month. A score below 100 indicates spending is tracking under the expected pace (favorable). A score above 100 indicates spending is ahead of pace. Derived from the official monthly financial statements issued by our management company.
Satisfaction Scores — Based on resident surveys distributed by the board. Scores reflect the percentage of respondents who rated the category as satisfactory or above. Survey cadence is determined by the board.
Scores are updated by the board as new data becomes available. Complete financial statements and resident survey results are accessible in the management portal.
